I’m a psychiatrist based in Melbourne. I work with adults who are navigating challenges such as difficulty focusing, low mood, anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm. Many of my patients wonder whether they may have ADHD, anxiety, or depression, and are seeking clarity, direction, and support.
I completed my psychiatry training at The Alfred, one of Melbourne’s leading tertiary hospitals. During this time, I was appointed Principal Registrar in Psychiatry, a leadership role that included mentoring junior doctors, contributing to hospital-wide quality and safety initiatives, and planning and delivering psychiatry education programs.
To keep care accessible and flexible, I provide care in person, via video conference, or a combination of both.

This helps me move past symptoms alone and toward the underlying patterns shaping how you feel and function.
